Today's brunch was delicious and satisfying. 

I went to a restaurant that served traditional Kangwon cuisine. 

 

The broth was thick and infused with perilla flavor. 

국물이 진하고 들깨향이 우러났다.

 

Kangwon province's representative produce is potatoes. 

강원지방의 대표적 농산물이 감자다.

 

옹심이 is a local dialect for 새알심, which means potato ball in soup.
