수제 누룽밥

친구가 집에서 만든 누룽지를 요전에 주었는데 오늘 아침 누룽밥을 끓여 먹습니다. 명절 느끼한 음식 후 먹으니 맛이 깔끔하며 고소합니다.

A friend of mine gave me crispy burnt rice she made at home the other day. I boiled scorched rice-water this morning. The taste was clean and savory after having lunar new year's oily foods.
