9년만에  출산율이 상승했다고하는데...

워낙 저조했던 기저효과때문인듯 하네요.

거기다 코로나팬데믹으로 미뤄진 

결혼과 출산을 감안하면

사실상 오른것도 아닌것 같은데...

갈길이 너무 멉니다.
